Lets be real, getting old stinks. The older you get the slower your metabolism slows down and the harder you have to work at keeping those fluctuating 5 lbs down. Since January I have been back on the fitness train. I am trying to make it a lifestyle change this time around and not get burnt out like I have in the past. Being healthy and staying fit is a lifetime goal for me and I am determined to make it stick forever. My sneaker collection is growing fast and my exercise drawer has double in size since last year and I am not complaining! Here are lots of my favorites that I own or are on my wish list! Splurge on a new pair of Nike's, and a fun workout outfit to push you to hit the gym this week! If I can do it, you can too, trust me!
